Amelia wasn't even sure why she had chosen to stick around... he was amazed that she could shift into felines and yet she didn't even know if he was apart of D.T.R.C or not.... though this would be the first time that they hadn't jumped to attempting to catch her right away. She looked back towards him unsure of how much longer she would stay before she planned on leaving again. "Yeah." She agreed, though when she shifted the least thing they would think about is how cute she looked, because she meant business. To her surprise he didn't even attempt to stop her from leaving or didn't even seem to care that she was leaving for that matter. Oh well... maybe that lucky somebody is else where. She decided in her head before he spoke up again with one of his own questions. "It's not impossible and it does very much hurt." Even the smaller feline that she mastered would always hurt and that is because her body was changing sizes and her bones were shifting, if she had to say, the bones moving around to another position was the worst part about the shifting. "Now if you want me to show you...." She almost sounded like she was going to consider it. "You have another thing coming, because I don't know you and you might be apart of D.T.R.C." If he was, she figured she had just blown his cover... meaning it was time to capture her. She took her base ball cap off to run her right hand in her long orange hair before replacing the base ball cap again. She'd like to think that she was pretty darn fast, considering D.T.R.C hasn't caught up with her yet. "Well it was nice talking to you." She turns again, his last chance to talk with her before she ran off, only because in her mind she couldn't waste anymore time, D.T.R.C was out there and her group needed her.

"Alright," Silas shrugged. "But one last question..." Silas pushed away from the fence, standing upright again. Curiosity was getting the best of him. More than before, he wanted to keep her speaking.
"What is D.T.R.C.?" Silas prompted. He wasn't trying to trick her, or anything of the sort- he sincerely didn't know what the organization was. Which would have probably been easier for her to believe if he'd mentioned that he'd just arrived in Chicago with his younger sister earlier in the week. It hadn't seemed relevant, and it hadn't been directly addressed. His first guess was it must be something at the university. Universities were full of acronym groups, weren't they? He wouldn't be able to know of all of them even if he wanted to. He'd branded himself as a university student with his hoodie, though.
"I'd like to at least know what this acronym is- I mean, obviously it repels girls. Is it a guy's club or something?" Silas' smile was back. He was enjoying this, in a strange way. "Secret fraternity organization? I'm not in a fraternity, and I swear, I'm not out to take over the world. Thought about it, but I left that one in the sandbox." Yep, he'd devolved into simple jokes. Easy victories, to draw her back into the conversation and erase her urge to leave. Not that he was truly invested in having her here. If she left, there was a chance he'd wander off himself. But for the sake of the challenge and sport of it, he did want to keep up the conversation. She was pretty, he was new in town, and if nothing else, his sister wouldn't mind hanging out with someone new, right? How much trouble could a girl he met alone at a zoo really be? As long as she wasn't drunk or clearly under any influence, she was as good of a companion as any.
"Hell, I'm not even in a club yet. But if you've got a problem with them, feel free to list them out. You've got my attention." Prior to this, she had been contending with a bear for his attention. Not anymore, though.

Amelia listened to him move off of the fence, she wasn't sure what he was up to, but if it was to capture her, he had another thing coming. She listened to his question and she thought long and hard about what she wanted to say to him. She wasn't ignoring him as he continued to explain himself, she just wasn't sure how she wanted to explain it, so that he could understand how bad it was. Then she realized that maybe some humans weren't in the group and it made her think long and hard on if she wanted to answer it or not. "As much as I'd like to believe that I don't even know if your just like me or not... and telling you about D.T.R.C might just get you interested to join it and destroy my kind... now what kind of person would I be if I was the reason behind more people joining that terrible group?" She asked looking towards him again. "Unless your a Titan and can prove it, I'm not telling you anything about D.T.R.C." Then she paused before adding, "I would make you feel better by proving I was a Titan but.... shifting can only be done without clothes and your a guy so.... not going to happen." A small blush crossed her cheeks at the confession before she forced herself to look away from him. "All I'm going to tell you is that if you are Titan you want to stay as far away from D.T.R.C as much as possible else you'll wish you never were born." If he wanted to know more, he'd have to poof he was Titan, else that was all he was getting because well... he knew she wasn't a normal human... or claimed it with good reason of not proving so anyway. "Oh and you better be nice to those stray cats... else you might find out one of them is me." She was teasing of course but she had claimed she could shift into felines...
