HAIR: His hair is short, worn mostly messy, its color is a very dark brown that looks almost black in some lights.

BODY TYPE: He is very slim not having much muscle mass to speak of. This is due to the fact that he has a high metabolism, as he is rather lazy when it comes to things like working out or sports.
CLOTHING STYLE: He dresses pretty typical for a young adult, sporting loose fitting jeans, converse shoes of varying colors. He normally goes for super hero t-shirts, with a zipper hoodie over top, or loose button up when it comes to shirts.
OTHER: the only thing l to mention about his appearance is the faint red glow his eyes have when he is actively using his powers, the more power he puts into using them the brighter they glow.

PERSONALITY:

Vincent is a very interesting guy, in many ways he is the atypical geeky boy. He is the kinda guy who is very shy around new people and in large groups, but when he comes out of his shell he can talk your ear off. He is a little witty, nothing like spiderman with a lot of off the cuff quips, but he does have his own good lines every now and again. Lastly he gets a little obsessive over things, normally TV shows or anime, but sometimes he does this with guys. He is no stalker, but he would try his darnedest to be around that boy when he could.

Outside of the geekier side to him he is a pretty nice kid, or at least he was until his powers started to shape who he was. Now he Is not nearly as nice, but he is still friendly to those who want to be friends with him or boys he likes. He used to be nice to anyone and everyone, but now he can be pretty cold and distant from most of them. Unless you do something to anger him, then he will make sure he pays you back with interest. With that said as you may have guessed he has a bit of a temper, this was not always him, but his powers seemed to have grant him a much shorter fuse and a the ability to hold a grudge. Vincent is really two very different people rolled up into one, and as his powers advance he is changing more, he is starting to enjoy the fighting, his powers cause him enjoy the bloodshed, and enjoy fighting himself. This is only a growing part of him, and it has yet to effect him over all, yet.

HISTORY:

Vincent was born to a pretty normal home, his dad and mom owned there own scrap metal company, with a small yard, outside a small town. They lived a fairly normal life, sure his dad worked to much, but he was always there for Vincent. The only thing strange about his life growing up was both his parents were titans. Sure they hid it with others around, but when it was just the family they would go to town with there powers. His father could move metal with his mind, pretty handy at a scrap yard, and his mom was able to move a superhuman speeds, really helped get all the work done around the house and the yard that his dad could not do. Life went on pretty happy for the longest time, Vincent was even being groomed to take over the business, sure he would have to use the equipment that was mostly for show, but he could still do it one day. Then the day that his powers first started to appear changed everything. He was right around 14 when it happened, it was small at first, people seemed to be pretty unhappy where ever he went. But as the months went on those unhappy people started to argue and soon straight up figure.

He thought it was weird he didn't wonder what was up until he started to see his parents fighting, and when two people with superpowers fought it drew some attention. This attention was that of the D.T.R.C., at first they just sent a couple agents to check out what was going on, but soon they sent a full squad to take down the danger they found. The danger was not only his parents, but to his shock they took him as well, it seemed they thought he had powers as well, and for some reason they saw him as a bigger threat then his parents. It took a long time to take down him along with his family, but eventually the numbers advantage they had got to them.

The D.T.R.C. Took them to a detention center, where they where separated from one another, and put into cells made just for them. Vincent seemingly kept away from the rest of the population of the person for some reason. This is where he has spent the rest of his life, kept alone, in a cell wondering why. Although after a few years he started to get a grip on what his powers really did,. Sure he never let the guards or anyone know he was started to learn how to use his powers. As such once the prison felt like they had his powers under control they moved him back with the normal population of the prison. The second he was back in the population he could feel his powers working, not on them, they sedatives they had used stopped his active powers from working, but the energy created by the strife in the prison was starting to make him stronger, and one day he would be strong enough to just walk right out of this prison.

POWER ONE: War Manipulation

Description: This power grants the ability to manipulate, and embody all of the aspects of war. This allows him to create conflict in anyway he should choose too, whether it be an argument, a fight, or a full onset war. He can also manipulate the causes of war in a person, allowing him to cause his anger, fear, confusion, jealous and hate in others. In addition to the effects he can have on others, his powers has also effected him, giving him a naturally strategical mind, being a big part of war and all. It has also gifted him with a natural talent for righting, and the use of weapons, able to master any weapon with a few hours, without training.

The final part of his power is the most dangerous part of this power is he can feed of this conflict, he feeds unconsciously on the energy created from this conflict. This energy is used by his body for a variety of effects. The main effect is that with even a small amount of it he does not need to eat or drink to survive and his body will never get sick. This energy is also used to increase all of his physical traits, mainly his strength, agility, healing, and durability. This increase is fairly slow, but if he was every in the middle of a full blown war, he would be nearly unstoppable. Lastly with enough of this energy he is able to repress his own aging, and he no longer needs to breath or sleep.

Limits: This powers biggest downside is how little control Vincent has over it, as of now he cant even stop the effects, so around him is constant fighting, arguing, and even killing. Although he is able to activity effect someone with his powers if he wanted, The next biggest downside is the energy generated by conflict is addictive, them more he gets the more he wants, as such he will cause more and more war. People with stronger wills can resist the influence of his powers, at least for a while, the stronger the will the longer they can resist. Lastly his powers are completely off when he is asleep or unconscious so he you can knock him out all of the effects his powers have had will stop.
