Alex is a shell that's been empty for eight years. He lost his whole family and the love of his life in a single moment, so he can be a bit downtrodden. Combine that with his brain damage that severely hampers his ability to communicate and here we have a man who struggles to have any kind of relationship. But inside that "empty" shell is a man who is ready to live. He doesn't know it, but there is still fire ready to grow. How he grows, for good or ill, is up to those around him to mold.
Friends He holds these at arms length out of fear than anything else. He killed his sister by mistake in an attempt to heal her, and as such is traumatized of having a healthy friendship in fear of hurt him or her. That being said, he wants nothing more than to have a friend that he can call on to talk about anything and everything. Would be nice to actually have someone who knows what he's trying to say.
Enemies Alex doesn't let enemies live. He doesn't truly hate anyone (at least anyone alive), but he will kill those who harm his friends. He's a nice guy and will always look for an alternative to fighting, but he has zero tolerance for outright bullying or "evil." Enemies beware. Once Alex has deemed you as one, there is very little he WON'T do to kill you.
Lovers This is a tricky topic. The very reason he is still alive is because he was asked to by his previous girlfriend. Nice girl, Alison. Alex is into smart women as he is a bit of a nerd himself. However, communication might be a large barrier between him and anyone interested in him. After that is his unwillingness to let go of Alison. He still carries her birthday gift which was remade with her blood as the gem inside it. If you can get him past that, you have a guy more loyal than the most trained of dogs. He's not stupid though. He won't be used. At least not unwittingly.

Alice is a young riflewoman who is more than ready to fire first. She is not extremely social, more from the lack of experience than self inflicted. She is very devoted to her duties in the D.T.R.C. and is extremely rigorous in her exploits. Her current record is as followed:
Drug Busts: 16 Arsons Stopped: 5 Criminals Eliminated: 133 Crime "Lords" Eliminated: 4 Rank 1 Titans Eliminated: 11 Rank 2 Titans Eliminated: 7 Rank 3 Titans Eliminated: 4
This was all before she entered the D.T.R.C. She has hatred or anger towards Titans. She simply does as she is ordered. She rarely fails her missions and when she does she is reprimanded swiftly and harshly. When she is not on the job, she is often seen at a firing range or doing nightly parkour training. Not many interact with her but she does hope one day that someone will understand her.
Friends
She has none. She doesn't know what it really means to have a friend. She is not sad about the fact; she goes through training, can seem a bit cold, and is wholly devoted to what her grandfather wants her to do. She understands that a woman of her age should have some people to talk to but it emotionally does not disturb her in the least. She sees friendship as a sort of contract than anything else.
Enemies
Alice has plenty of these. She is a very brutal individual. She personally has no malice or hate towards anyone, but so long as she is with D.T.R.C., Titans have every reason to hate her. She has never captured a Titan; she always goes for the kill. D.T.R.C. knows this and as such sends her on assignments that require as such. She doesn't have any reason to hate anyone. Her grandfather gives her her orders. If one puts themselves in direct opposition to that order, that is grounds to eliminate in her opinion. She won't hate you for it. She will just remove you and keep moving forward.
Lovers
Love and attraction are two things Alice has never truly felt since she was little. Much of her training eliminated or suppressed her emotions and as such she does not feel initial tugs of the heart. This isn't to say that she is completely devoid of emotion. She just doesn't have the natural inclinations a person would gain over the years of being a part of society. But if she does fall in love, you can guarantee she will cling to it. She has nothing to call her own. It would be her first thing that her grandfather could not control.
